The boutique residential development above a 1930’s post office required a diverse range of deliverables including both a teaser and main website, CGI renderings, a printed tabloid magazine and sales brochure, a 3D building module film, and print and digital advertising campaigns.

Sell out success

We created a sales suite in the basement of the post office to demonstrate the ingenious flexible design. which included an installation by the local artist Hellbent, who designed an eye-catching mural in the hallway. The Sorting House sold out within four months of the opening of the marketing suite.

Communicating a dynamic living experience

Nestled in the famous Manhattan neighbourhood of Hell’s Kitchen, this contemporary residential development comprises three stories built on top of the existing post office. Almost all of the thirty units include private outdoor space, while the walls are designed to reconfigure, allowing residents to curate their own spaces.
