High time for a change

Our challenge was to introduce this new city district to a mix of customer bases and to explain the benefits of a pedestrian focused mixed-use development, the likes of which people had never seen before in Atlanta.

We created a set of bespoke materials for GID Development Group’s launch at ICSC Recon in Las Vegas which included overview brochures, retail demonstration sheets and merchandising packs.

An entirely new neighbourhood

High Street Atlanta is an entirely new city district, destined to transform Atlanta. It is formed of 41 acres of residential, commercial, retail, hotel and restaurant uses including 3,000 residential units, 8 million sq ft of mixed-use space and 1 million sq ft of Class A office space.

During our engagement we also produced materials for GID Development Group’s sister project Regent Square, Houston.
