Prime location
Located adjacent to London’s historic Regent Street, 7 Air Street is the first Grade II listed building to achieve the BREEAM (2011) ‘Outstanding’ certification and represents a shining example of modern, sustainable office design.
Green initiatives
The project features energy efficient lighting and power systems, innovative insulation methods, cycling provision for staff and a ‘green roof’ to attract wildlife and accommodate solar panels.
