Easy living in Houston

Wordsearch developed the marketing and branding for this innovative mixed-use development in Houston, Texas. Our challenge was to communicate the implications and the benefits of the pedestrian focused mixed-use development, the likes of which people had never seen before in Houston.

Launching in the city of lights

The first phase comprised materials for the developer’s launch at ICSC Recon 2016 in Las Vegas, including overview brochures, retail demonstration sheets and merchandising packs. 

Alongside Regent Square, we created matching materials for GID Development Group’s counterpoint project in Atlanta, High Street. For both we also provided our services for the subsequent residential and office phases.

High time for a change

Regent Square is Houston’s largest sustainable development comprising 24-acres of mixed-use offerings. The entirely new city district celebrates pedestrian access and will feature tree-lined sidewalks, boulevards, promenades, courtyards and parks, as well as a blend of residential, office, retail, restaurant and entertainment spaces.
